I'm not sure there's a good way to start this. My name is Charles Xavier, I'm the ships newest Interpersonal Relationships Officer. [Joy.] Any others with the same job, I would appreciate being able to speak with you so we're on the same page.

[Introductions out of the way, his expression turns a little more serious.]

Aside from that, I'd like to speak to anyone that might be able to... replicate a serum. The details are something I would prefer to discuss in private but it's important to me that I find someone.

I have the capacity to synthesize some chemicals, but I need to know if I could get the raw materials necessary and what type of thing it is to see if I have the equipment for it. [His optics narrow, his voice going flat.]

Additionally, I'm a medical doctor. I can't, in good conscience, make something that's going to hurt people. I'll meet up with you if you want but I need to know what it's for before I take a crack at it.

I'm sorry, are you related to one of the students?

[He never was quite as up to date on his X-Men as he was his Avengers, except for that one very embarrassing time he might have offered to make Storm queen of Asgard- but that was a lifetime ago, and doesn't need remembering right now. Still, Xavier looks very young, so... a different point on the timeline, or a different world altogether?]

Ah- no, although I do know some people who know some people. It was mostly just to satisfy my own curiosity, in fact.

That's alright. If you have a sample, small as it may be, then I can test it and find out what the components are. If I have access to the materials and the equipment necessary then I can replicate it, and the latter is pretty much a given here. [ One of the advantages of being aboard a highly advanced spaceship. ]

Mostly, it seems that I need to keep the peace between crewmembers, if you ahve any trouble with anyone. And the strengthen the relationship with the crew and the captains.
