[The man recording this message, unfortunately, looks a bit disheveled at the moment. He tries to make himself look a bit better though, brushing a hand through his hair so it isn't all over the place and taking a breath to make sure his voice is steady.]
I'm not sure there's a good way to start this. My name is Charles Xavier, I'm the ships newest Interpersonal Relationships Officer. [Joy.] Any others with the same job, I would appreciate being able to speak with you so we're on the same page.
[Introductions out of the way, his expression turns a little more serious.]
Aside from that, I'd like to speak to anyone that might be able to... replicate a serum. The details are something I would prefer to discuss in private but it's important to me that I find someone.

I'm not aiming to shoot anyone. [There's a joke there, he's not trying.] I'm not one for violence so hopefully I can deal with any problems peacefully.
Re: video
[she shakes her head.]
What's this about a serum, now?
Re: video
[That's what he tells himself anyway.]
It's something of a treatment for an injury but the side-effects are beneficial as well.
Re: video
[and this woman is an arbitration officer.]
I see. Side effects aren't often beneficial.
video
[He's concerned.]
Not often but these do tend to help me.
Re: video
[goodness, that's violent. elpian conversational methods must've bled into her habits more than she realised.]
Might I enquire as to what, exactly?
video
I suppose it does. [A healf-hearted chuckle.] Let's say I just have a few less headaches to tolerate thanks to it.
Re: video
[SHE'S AN ARBITRATION OFFICER, it's so bad.]
Now, then. Where were you planning to go after this? There's an awful lot of crew members with an awful lot of boring problems. Can you believe my suggestion for a poisoning or assassination to liven things up was turned down? I'm appalled.
