Okay...so just...count me in on the small group of people who don't seem to be sleeping well, but if shit would settle down for a hot second, maybe I can try.
That being said, when were all done being shot at and the other less than fun crap that's been happening, I'd like some advice.
Insomnia is a bitch, so is medication. It's not my friend so I need alternatives. I'd like to avoid any future insomnia crashes.

Did you get some good advice?
The only advice I can offer is lavender spray for your pillow. Or having a lavender plant by your bed. The other option —my favorite— push ups. Push ups, sit ups, squats, just general working out.

I got some decent things, actually. Tea. Reading. Running until I can't run anymore. Hypnotherapy, whatever that is.
