Okay...so just...count me in on the small group of people who don't seem to be sleeping well, but if shit would settle down for a hot second, maybe I can try.
That being said, when were all done being shot at and the other less than fun crap that's been happening, I'd like some advice.
Insomnia is a bitch, so is medication. It's not my friend so I need alternatives. I'd like to avoid any future insomnia crashes.

Green tea? That's different. I always thought it was for losing weight, kick starting the metabolism.

I think it does. Tea in general is high in caffeine.
