Okay...so just...count me in on the small group of people who don't seem to be sleeping well, but if shit would settle down for a hot second, maybe I can try.

That being said, when were all done being shot at and the other less than fun crap that's been happening, I'd like some advice.

Insomnia is a bitch, so is medication. It's not my friend so I need alternatives. I'd like to avoid any future insomnia crashes.

What advice do you guys have?

Hypnotherapy can help with anything from insomnia to cigarette smoking or other addictions. It can even help suppress unpleasant memories.

It's not a guarantee. Sometimes it works on the person and sometimes it doesn't.
