I got something in the mail from home that got me thinking about a few things:
- Has anyone ever made it back to their own time/place?
- Has anyone ever escaped and been recaptured by the Moira? If they have, did time move at all while they were away from home?
If you don't know, I'm also curious about the general morale. Do you like/dislike the ship? Why?

How do you feel about the ship?

What did you get in the mail?

Do you remember a kid named Frank Jaeger? He escaped the hospital I left him in after San Heironymo and I finally found him last year. We've been working together. I got his bandana.

But, anyway, now that I've got my requested razors, I'm good. Not angry about anything at all anymore ever. A clean-shaven face is a happy face, after all.
[Lies.
Also Liquid can totally tell what's going on.]

Good job, you can groom yourself.

I'm never going to have the chance to float around in space ever again if I go back home

I guess that is a perk.

It does follow if the Ingress can bring people and object through at random, it can send them back out again. And given the differences in timelines between... Well, everyone, I think it's relatively safe to say that time as a whole isn't affected by all of this. Niko knows the most about it, I think, I've only got guesses and theories.
But... If the Ingress does send us back out again, it seems like an even bigger "if" that we wind up back where we started.

Bellic? I'll talk to him, then. I guess what I really wanted was to think my squad will be alright if I'm not there. This whole displacement thing is really... confusing.

I haven't went back home, and I am not in good circumstances to if I wanted. But on my old ship, a few people did. It was a different ship from this one run by different people.
For them, time did not move. But I assume that is not always the same.
As for the ship, it's about as good as you can get for a place you did not ask to end up. I'm not too big on wearing tracking bracelets, though. Sort of reminds me of things I am not too fond of.

You were a prisoner of some kind, I take it? My bunk is the nicest cell I've ever had.

Back home I knew a guy who swore he'd been kidnapped by aliens, pulled through a glowing vortex and flew around the universe in a wacky spaceship for a while. We all thought he was full of bullshit, of course, but now, some of the details he mentioned, it's freakily close. So I'm starting to wonder...
[Yup, lying again. The question about morale, however, he'll answer that truthfully.]
The ship's good. There's no radiation, no one's tried to shoot me yet, no deathclaws, bloodbugs, super mutants or ferals. Yeah. I'm okay being here for a while.
no subject
Wacky, huh? Maybe not the word I'd use for this place.
[that's quite a convenient story there, deacon. he's not he totally believes it. after all, the best thing about text is that no one can read the inflection in your voice and read you might actually be trying to say. of course, the worst thing about text is that no one can read the inflection in your voice.]
I guess when you're looking death in the face all the time, this place is a great get-away.

I like it here all right but I wouldn't say I'm thrilled with every aspect.

[but if he somehow does go back home, he needs to warn his men what's going to happen to him. put measures in place to keep them safe, in the event he's dragged back on board this white-collar prison.]
That seems to be the general response so far. Lukewarm reception.
