I got something in the mail from home that got me thinking about a few things:

- Has anyone ever made it back to their own time/place?

- Has anyone ever escaped and been recaptured by the Moira? If they have, did time move at all while they were away from home?

If you don't know, I'm also curious about the general morale. Do you like/dislike the ship? Why?

Wacky, huh? Maybe not the word I'd use for this place.

I guess when you're looking death in the face all the time, this place is a great get-away.

The giant robots are pretty wacky. And someone said that their roommate is a dragon.

This is totally a relaxing holiday. Kidnapped by aliens aside, this is like a luxury vacation cruise.

[HQ probably thinks he died on a recon mission, but he's surprisingly okay with that. He's not indispensable. They'll continue on without him. He wants to get home, continue his work, but there's no sense of urgency to it. He's intentionally kept himself from getting too close to anyone, so there's no one to miss him excessively and no one for him to miss excessively.]

That's more strange than anything. Wacky implies I'm getting some kind of enjoyment out of things.

That brings up an interesting philosophical question. Would heaven be considered a prison? It's supposed to be nice, but once you're there you can't really leave it, after all.

No, nevermind, I'd need at least two shots of whiskey in me to continue that conversation.

Asking questions like that, you might as well ask yourself if you're ever actually free.
