It's apparently enough of an issue that I've been enlisted as a personnel retrieval officer. What that means for you is that if you're not where you need to be, I'll have to find you, and then I'll have to escort you to the right place. you can try getting out of it but I have almost too much experience in this sort of thing, and I always get my guy.

So show up for work, alright? This sucks enough on it's own without any of us making it worse.

I commend your dedication to your job, especially considering the mismatches some crew to jobs there are and the lack of anything for the goal oriented to strive for in said jobs. You may have your work cut out for you in regards to a select list of crew, which means I must advise you on allying yourself with some crew that can handle those that are outside of your skill level.
