still, the same adjective could be applied to the posture, or at least what's visible. it's at least a... loose kind of tight? or something??

Does it really help? Because I've heard that and I don't think I've ever understood it because isn't talking to someone who's naked just, way weirder? It's - I mean, I don't know for sure, but it seems like it would just be super awkward and worse than if you just don't know them. When you're on stage in front of a group of people, you're being judged. You're vulnerable yourself. When someone's naked, that's another form of vulnerability. People get so embarrassed when they're caught naked. It goes hand in hand. But if thinking of the group as a collective of naked people makes you uncomfortable, imagine the room is empty. Imagine you're just talking in front of a mirror at yourself to boost your confidence level.
