Is this thing- [The feed starts to show a teenage girl staring down at the feed. Her bottom lip is between her teeth, before she lets out a little huff, sending strands of white and brown hair fluttering away from her face.] Okay. [A slight drawl to that, as a gloved hand pushes her hair back behind her ear.] I've seen and heard some crazy things, but Ah gotta admit, this? I think this takes the blue ribbon.

[Not to mention the fact that she still feels like she wants to puke her guts out.] Ah get what was said by those people that I spoke with. I'm not stupid, but... Well, I mean, it's a bit hard to accept this. That guide- [The tone of her voice really says it all about the guide. But, if what it says is true... It is a lot to take in, and a lot that really doesn't seem right or real.

Of course that leads to a lot of other questions, such as who, and why, and how.] Is it true though? Any of it? Twin planets and space travel- We ain't even gone beyond the moon yet!

[And that part she hesitates on.] Or, or is this just someone's idea of a stupid joke. [A stupid joke.] 'cause it's not funny, if it is.

But Ah guess I should say hello, 'cause I'm here for now, wherever here actually is. Name's Rogue. And, don't suppose anyone knows of Xavier's Institute...?

[There is a pause, but he isn't familiar to Rogue at all, which is why there is a certain wariness in her voice, especially after everything that has happened.]

Maybe. You know a Charles Xavier?

I know the only Charles Xavier we got around here. British, dorky, teaches mutants...any of that ringing a bell?

[Because that is nothing like the Professor that she knows.

And it takes her a moment to register that he has said mutant. When it does hit though, her mouth opens slightly, before closing.]

The Professor, yes, that mostly sounds like him.

[There's a long pause at first; he's unsure as to if he should solidify the concern of space travel being real or not. Best to just be truthful and when he finally responds, the voice is thick with a German accent.] Sorry to further your worries, but it's not a joke at all. We have traveled through space and arrived between these two planets.

[She says her name and he hesitates again. Nothing he knows personally or anything he's heard people mention, but the last part of that statement certainly rings a bell.]

[There is something about that voice that makes Rogue pause, trying to fathom why it is familiar. Yet, as her nose wrinkles in thought, she figures that it is nothing. That it just reminds her of someone else.]

But, why?

[Because is still something she doesn't understand. Why her? It's not like she has abilities that can help anyone. Yet she blinks.]

You are? It- maybe? Is anyone else here? Bobby? Peter? Logan? Storm? ... Kitty?

[But it's not like he's said hey Rogue, how's it going! Unless he is a new student?]

[Another long pause. He knows a Peter, a Logan and a Storm, but are they the same people she's talking about?

Well, only one way to find out.

Kurt flips the TAB to video and holds the item out at arms-length, head barely tilted to the right, broad golden irises staring into the camera. It's not the Nightcrawler that she knows, but those markings, iridescent eyes, pointed ears, and that accent are unmistakable, really. The other distinctive feature is the tail that's flicking back and forth near his shoulders.]

Logan and Peter are here, ja. None of the other mentioned people are.

[Of course the Peter she means is Colossus, but it isn't as if Rogue thinks to clarify that. Rather, she just assumes he would know the same ones that she knows.

When the video starts though, Rogue does blink, staring, and it takes her a moment. He might be speaking, but she's not hearing what he is saying. Is that- but how can that be? He looks just like him, but young. So much younger.]

[Logan looks at his TAB in surprised: he hasn't really expected anyone else he knows to get transported to this place. At least Maria looks good, despite her being annoyed, and that makes him smile slightly.

Until he realizes that she might not know him. But she mentions Chuck, and Logan knows Rogue wouldn't know the Professor without knowing of him. Well, if she comes from that past that never was. The chance that she might not remember him after is something he'd rather not think of, and so he gives the teenager a small, amused smile:]

You can add time travel to that too. But yeah, this is no joke. Beside, who do you know that'd be capable to pull something this size, hm?

Logan?

[There is surprise as seeing him, especially as she had left the mansion to seek the cure, but there is also warmth. Confusion too. Yet he's always been someone that Rogue has trusted and respected, which is why her lips do purse, listening as he speaks.]

Time travel? Meaning, we're in the future?

[Or the past? Yet there is no way this is the past, unless it isn't their past, and this is getting confusing. And if someone can do time travel, why can't someone mess with their minds? Although Rogue only knows the Professor, and he doesn't come across as the type to pull pranks.]

It- it's good to see you too, even if this is confusing as hell.

[He smiles at her, like he used to when they first met]

Who else? Am I not the only handsome old man in your life?

[Logan tilts his head, shaking it slightly]

More like you'll meet people from the past. People that you know that might not know you yet.

[That makes him realizes though...she might not be from the same....'past' then him, like Jean.]

But she contemplates that, brow furrowing slightly, before turning her attention to his question. She glances down for a moment, as Logan had been one of the last people she had spoken to before coming here.]

[He smiles, trying to be reassuring.] You're looking for people who know about Xavier's Institute, you don't have to look far. Charles Xavier.

But, isn't there some ship, or technology, or, or portal- something that can just take us back to where we were?

[Not that it is life or death that she gets back, but the cure... Logan's words echo through her head. Storm's words echo through her head. Yet, they don't kill people with their touch.

But her own interest perks when he talks about the institute, only to freeze.]

You- [Charles Xavier? But he's so young... And not bald...] Professor? But- [And maybe she is gawking, and yet... She can see it, not that it makes anything clearer.]

There was. The Ingress was never designed to bring people from other times or worlds though, so it may take time for the Savrii to help us home.

[He can see this will take some time for her to adjust to everything. At least the time shenanigans. At least everyone there was welcoming and bound to be helpful. At least a few he knew would be.]

I'm... far younger than you expect, aren't I? [Talking with his future self years ago and having Logan from the future made this a little easier to swallow.]
