How many inter-personal conflicts between crew members do you have to intervene on, would you say?

And what technology allows this sort of turn of events? I suppose that losing members of the crew would leave gaps in the scheduling, but still, death tends to be rather permanent were I come from.

If by "arbitrator" you mean "exceptionally skilled sniper" then yes, I suppose I was one of sorts. Arbitrated people so hard their cranial matter tended to explode outwards.

I previously haven't associated arbitration with fine sniping skills, but you have clearly opened my eyes on this matter. It does seem as if your arbitration skills are so top-notch that it blows people's minds.
