[What's up world, there's another GOTDANG ROBOT posting to the network. He looks plesant enough, if not mildly disappointed. Which is kind of a lot better than the last video he was in, screaming at his clone and pissing off a Bee. But let's pretend that never happened and move on, shall we?]

My fellow crew mates, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Starscream, I've recently been elected as the first peacetime ruler of the planet Cybertron. While my official position may not hold much by way of significance as long as I'm aboard this ship, I still consider myself to be a credible representative for the people of Cybertron, and I would be happy to answer any questions or address any concerns in regards to my people.

Very recently, a number of events involving the Cybertronian crew members aboard this ship have been brought to my attention. Events that, frankly, should never have taken place. It shames me to think that my people are capable of being so thoughtless concerning the safety of those around us, especially considering that a fair number of us do have previous experience when it comes to interacting with a smaller organic species. Simply by virtue of what we are, we are a potential threat to everyone around us. This is something that I am fully aware of, and something that I would like my fellow Cybertronians to keep in mind from this point forward. While I can't force the cooperation of my people, all things considered, I can assure you all that I intend to do everything in my power to ensure the safety and well being of our organic neighbors.

Additionally, I've been assigned the role of Arbitration Officer for the duration of my stay here, and my inbox is open to anyone seeking my services.

Generalizing is a very bad habit to have you know.

[Look who is a little offended by your blanket judgement, and general attitude that you're in charge of her. Have a face you probably haven't really seen before there Starscream.]


Some of us are from different Cybertrons or Earths, and actually do have a working knowledge of living and coexisting with humans. Yet, you're fanning the flames in regards to making this crew assume we're all lacking in such with your little 'make myself look good' speech.

Won't that be a lovely roadblock when you're trying to calm a tense situation and your own judgement of "your people" is used against you.

You make a fair point, I will admit, and you have my apologies.

Actually, you've raised a few good points, and I fully intend to keep them in mind. Not to derail the conversation, but in the interest of improving relations with out organic neighbors, would you be interested in perhaps working with the other Cybertronians in regards to proper etiquette when it comes to living in close proximity to organics? I feel like we can all make this a good learning experience, if nothing else.

I'd first have to learn how to not cause another incident like what we apparently just had, since I'm as lost as any humans witnessing this. After all Shockwave's head frame isn't exactly that big of a deal back home, so wouldn't have realized it had any horrible connotations here.

Because not knowing what is going to set your group off means I wouldn't know what part of teenage stupidity and human ignorance would cause problems without an explanation. Even back home we're still having to stop and explain why some things are the way they are to the humans we work with.

I would be happy to explain what I can to you. If you want to know about the Autobots on an individual basis, I might not be much help. In all honesty, Ratchet might be the best one to talk to about them.

Frankly even a general idea would be enough, since I'm certain you and the rest of those from your world likely have dirty laundry you don't want aired for all to see.

[Because with how all of you are reacting to everything right now. There is clearly things that shouldn't really be told without making sure it's explained in a way the humans can understand.]

Even the most vague things require a bit of a history lesson to explain, to be honest.

Tell you what, I can compile a brief report on things that are generally considered to be common knowledge for people from my universe. After speaking to that... that other me, I've come to realize that there are quite a few significant differences that should probably be addressed. That might be a good place to start.

[Why do you have to be speaking sensible and logical about all of this? Starscreams are meant to make you want to punch them in the face, not feel mildly horrified at agreeing with them. She feels like she's betraying a fundamental part of herself by keeping up this civil and helpful discussion.]

I likely should make one as well, just from the check up with the Ratchet on board there's already been a lot shown at how different some of us recall history. At least that way we can compare and see which topics should just never be brought up or should really be explained upon arrival.

I like this idea. We could even throw together some sort of pamphlet for the new arrivals, stop these little squabbles before they have a chance to start.

Now you're just reaching. An introduction may lessen some of these squabbles as you put it, but stop is a word I wouldn't use in regards to any of this.

Maybe I am being too optimistic, especially with this group. Either way, it couldn't hurt to give it a shot. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst, right?
