My fellow crew mates, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Starscream, I've recently been elected as the first peacetime ruler of the planet Cybertron. While my official position may not hold much by way of significance as long as I'm aboard this ship, I still consider myself to be a credible representative for the people of Cybertron, and I would be happy to answer any questions or address any concerns in regards to my people.

Very recently, a number of events involving the Cybertronian crew members aboard this ship have been brought to my attention. Events that, frankly, should never have taken place. It shames me to think that my people are capable of being so thoughtless concerning the safety of those around us, especially considering that a fair number of us do have previous experience when it comes to interacting with a smaller organic species. Simply by virtue of what we are, we are a potential threat to everyone around us. This is something that I am fully aware of, and something that I would like my fellow Cybertronians to keep in mind from this point forward. While I can't force the cooperation of my people, all things considered, I can assure you all that I intend to do everything in my power to ensure the safety and well being of our organic neighbors.

Additionally, I've been assigned the role of Arbitration Officer for the duration of my stay here, and my inbox is open to anyone seeking my services.

In all fairness, I didn't exactly have any control over when I arrived here. The majority of my time since my arrival has been dedicated to getting myself up to speed on the local happenings.

Like I said.

I can't be expected to fix a situation if I don't know all the details, now can I.

So what's your plan going forward with them, just shame them into behaving?

As I've already stated, my position doesn't hold the same weight here as it did on my planet. I don't make the rules aboard the Moira, so it's something I'm going to have to address with the ship's authority. I'm sure that, with everyone's cooperation, we can come to a fair decision on the matter.

You assume he isn't at the top of my priority list. I am well aware of Tarn's reputation, and I'm also aware that he got off with what amounts to a slap on the wrist for his most recent crime. Quite frankly, I find it appalling, but considering the fact that we are all forced to abide by the laws of this ship, my hands are tied when it comes to matters that occurred before my arrival. This is something that I hope to change in the very near future. We deserve more say in matters that concern our own species, don't you think?

And I'm sure after what your Autobot buddies pulled earlier, everyone else on the ship would be happy to be rid of all of us. That would be a much more effective way of saving everyone.
