A Very Short SOS: text; 5/22
Data request. Repair: mental functions (users).
[Is somebody taking the time to be comprehensible? Not today! A second later, one word appends itself to the end of the mass text.]
Urgent.

Head rolled to one side, leaning toward his shoulder, he's still fully armoured with the exception of his helmet. His body doesn't shift once the camera is on him, rather he sits there in silence, staring off in a very out-of-focus way. The only movement he gives is slight, all in his lips, just occasionally murmuring to himself. For the moment, it's too quiet to make much sense of.
The answer out there, the camera shuts off again. ]

Voice
There's nothing simplistic or a quick fix in regards to the mental stability of a user. Being there, and keeping them safe are important steps until the problem can be diagnosed and a regime of therapy and moral support can be set up. Drugs may also be needed if the mental imbalance is a chemical problem.
Stay with them and keep them talking to you until help arrives. If they can remain focused on you they may calm down and be reasonable if they are panicking or too emotional to think clearly.

Not responsive. Clarify: 'help'?
[Who is he supposed to be waiting for?]
permavoice
If no one medically trained responds to this message then you may have to take the patient to help instead of waiting for help to come to you.
The very fact you are remaining with them even if they did not respond positively to your presence is good. Even subconsciously it could be aiding them, despite no outward sign of such. Just keep an eye on their health and note any sudden changes that way an informed report can be given to the medic that will oversee the user you are with.

I'm no expert, but head for med bay as fast as you can? Assuming you mean someone on the planet.

If something happened, get who or whatever it is down to medbay.

[To get there, not... to be cryptic. Not that Rinzler's really just proving anyone's point there. The dig at his communication stings more than a little, but it's not what matters now.
The flight deck looms ahead out the transporter's forward window. Rinzler will be at the medbay in minutes.]

Maybe he should have asked the man for his location. Nothing could have happened to him or the patient along the way, could it? The doctor frowns down at the scanner he has in his hand, eyeing the doorway. ]

TEXT
Take them to the med bay first.
Where are you?
Do you need assistance?
Did it accompany physical trauma?
[It's worth taking a chance with a question dump, if the questions are straightforward enough.]
text;
In transit to Moira, medbay.
Assistance required for repair. None for transport.
No observed physical damage.

Is the user in a safe place? Prevented from doing injury to themselves? No seizures or spasms?
If it's a yes to all of those, you're doing about as much repair as any of us could do. Getting them to the med bay is your best course of action. Do you know who you're helping?

I can't help with... repairing a User, but I may be able to assist you otherwise. What do you need?

[Sorry, Tron. The current problem's pretty specific.]
