Hello. This is Gregor Vorbarra, Senior Arbitration Officer on the ship, and I wanted to reach out to the inhabitants of the Moira new and old, to let you know that murder is not, has never been, and will never be an officially sanctioned method of arbitrating disputes either between crewmembers or officers. If you have any difficulties, please feel free to refer them to me and I will assist you as best I am able.
Have a good day.
Have a good day.

It sounds to me like the problem here is that the crazy lady is willing to do her job and you just aren't.
[Not that she really wants someone enforcing rules upon her, but it seems like Gregor's toothless method of arbitration is going to let the crew to continue gaining the ire of every planet they visit.
Robin can't speak for anyone else, obviously, but she'd really rather avoid being hanged because her fellow captives couldn't keep their heads down.]

It sounds to me like you're intent on deliberately misinterpreting me. Is there a specific reason why that is that you'd like to share?

You're right, I guess I was wrong. I thought you were someone who mi gut be useful beyond solving petty disputes, sorry.
As for why I have a problem with allowing people to do whatever they want, that should be obvious. The planet we're on is a prison. Even if we aren't here to be locked up, [Which she isn't entirely convinced of, for the record] the fact that it exists means that theres some kind of justice system in this universe.
I don't know about you, but I really don't want to really don't want to hang.

As for this planet... I agree with you, that starting trouble here is dangerous. I'm not trying to encourage people to make problems wherever we go, I'm just not particularly interested in shooting them if I think they're kicking up a fuss, even if I don't want to hang either.
Regardless, I don't believe us ending up trapped or imprisoned on this planet is a serious long-term concern. The Ingress appears to be taking care of that quite neatly, though I'm not sure how reassuring that is.

But in the end she decides against it. Not because she thinks they wouldn't work, but rather because she plans on being in subordinate herself sometime in the future. It'd be foolish to suggest future punishment for herself.]
I'm not worried about what happens when someone causes trouble here. I'm worried about what this planet means.
A jail being here means that there are people out in space who send people to jail, and this is a crew that goes around killing planet's and starting wars.
This ship is big, but there's no way that it's the biggest one out there. No one's going to capture us, if those people find us they're just going to shoot us down. If you aren't willing to at least TRY to stop people from drawing attention to us, then that's what's going to happen.
The other lady seems crazy but at least she isn't openly allowing people to get us all killed.
