Hello. This is Gregor Vorbarra, Senior Arbitration Officer on the ship, and I wanted to reach out to the inhabitants of the Moira new and old, to let you know that murder is not, has never been, and will never be an officially sanctioned method of arbitrating disputes either between crewmembers or officers. If you have any difficulties, please feel free to refer them to me and I will assist you as best I am able.
Have a good day.

But in the end she decides against it. Not because she thinks they wouldn't work, but rather because she plans on being in subordinate herself sometime in the future. It'd be foolish to suggest future punishment for herself.]
I'm not worried about what happens when someone causes trouble here. I'm worried about what this planet means.
A jail being here means that there are people out in space who send people to jail, and this is a crew that goes around killing planet's and starting wars.
This ship is big, but there's no way that it's the biggest one out there. No one's going to capture us, if those people find us they're just going to shoot us down. If you aren't willing to at least TRY to stop people from drawing attention to us, then that's what's going to happen.
The other lady seems crazy but at least she isn't openly allowing people to get us all killed.
