Little PSA for you guys and girls: If you dump someone because they turn out to be someone totally different then who you thought they were, stick with that and ignore whatever big dumb romantic comedy effort they put into getting you back, there is no one worth that. On the other side, if you get dumped and decide to send your ex a million roses and a sweet romantic note, you are seriously asking to get your face stomped in. Don't do that.

If anyone's got any fun ideas about what to do with like a million roses from a shitty ex, I am all ears. In the meantime, I'm going to go punch stuff until I stop being annoyed. Conner, meet me in the pit.

In response to Kara's question, she turns her MID around and adjusts her arm - revealing for a moment that she's in the ship's cargo area, before the camera settles on an enormous stone tablet covered in hieroglyphics.

The MID's been translating the text, as far as Robin can tell, the same way it does for everyone else. So she doesn't leave the camera on it for Kara to read what the tablet says.]

[ When you think about it - if the Ingress truly pulls things in at random, it seems stranger that more random chunks of stone don't get pulled in. ]

It's got some carvings, yeah. A bunch of faces and stuff.

[ Also: A clue to the untold history that Robin is searching for, but she isn't about to talk about that with just anyone. Certainly not over the network, where she might be overheard.]

It's just that I thought the Ingress was supposed to choose things at random. It makes sense that we'd get some random chunks of rock - but what are the odds that something so specific to you would turn up?

[ Don't mind her, she's just changing the subject. Partly because she doesn't want to reveal her knowledge in archaeology to everyone over the network, but mostly to drive the point home that something fishy is going on with the Ingress. They aren't being told everything g about it, that much she's certain of. ]

Probably about the same as people I know who are all from different universes getting dragged here, to be honest. Multiverse crossovers are weird like that.
