So, because I mention it in another conversation, I am going to say this here where all new people can hear it, and it does not need to be said a bunch of times.
You will sometimes see people with faces like people you know, but they aren't them. You will see people with names and histories of people you know, but look a little different. You will see two different versions of the same person, that looks exactly the same, but with slightly different pasts. Sometimes someone will go away, and when you see them again? They won't remember you.
This is called 'alternate universes'. Most of the time. Maybe sometimes it's a pretty bad prank. That would be shitty of someone to do but it could be. Usually though? It is that you get two versions of two very alike things.
So don't get too confused if someone shows up and doesn't remember you, or someone remembers one of your friends, or someone is looking for a different but much alike person with same name. It just happens. It is pretty shitty that this becomes normal but ah... whatever. Someone good at science can explain how it's possible.

[ngl she kinda hopes an alternate version of herself shows up so she can murder herself and loot a second diadem.]
...Unless we hold fights to the death for multiples of the same people. That would be fun. Are there multiples here?

...I don't know. I've seen a couple of people like who I knew, but not at the same time. Knowing some people here, it is more likely that they would literally fuck themselves. Me, though? Totally okay with fighting myself to the death. [Actually he'd probably snipe himself in the head, but that's neither here nor there.]

I hate to admit it, darling, but you're right on the money with that observation.
[not naming names, clark.]
Glad to hear you're supportive of the idea. Perhaps I could even turn a profit when enough people are pulled onto the ship to start up a grand bataille!

[And were Loki to fight his double... well, neither of them is really the kind for face to face confrontations, so there'd mostly be a lot of attempts to manipulate people by one side or the other.]
:O
[aurelia assumes, for the time being, that loki's fight would be physical. hey, some bandits are pretty skinny!]

[He shrugs. Look, he tries to be not evil, but that doesn't make him a nice person- and frankly, he's not sure his opponent isn't crazy enough to be even less choosy about what he does or who he affects. Craziness is pretty standard for Lokis.]

[aurelia is of the opinion that one should never try to deny their natural evilness.]

[And Loki's pranks always were a little nasty. Look at the myths.]
