Public service announcement--if anyone knows, or knows of, the Cybertronian called Tarn, you might have heard about his ability to damage or even kill others with his voice. This is no longer an issue.

[He declines to give anything even vaguely resembling a detailed explanation as to why. He's also well aware that Tarn might be listening, but does not appear to care in the slightest.]

I don't know if it ever worked on organics, mostly because testing it might have involved the subjects being very dead even if Tarn had agreed, but I'd ask any engineers to kindly refrain from repairing his damaged vocalizer in the meantime. He can still communicate, it's not completely busted. If you feel like fixing any of his other injuries, fine, it's your funeral, but he's already committed murder once on this ship and the fewer weapons he has, the better.

...just wanted to let people know there's one less thing to worry about. It's not news we hear often around here, I'm finding.

Yes. Kill Cybertronians, anyway. Someone who tortured people for a living back home, to shed further light on why I am not thrilled by the idea of him being repaired despite my being a medical professional. It's not something I request lightly.

I had my hand at his throat when he punched me in the chest hard enough to shatter my windscreen and send me to the floor, to make a long story marginally shorter.

Taker note of my tone and how I'm aware you've done something in relation to Tarn, and I am worried as to what it may be.

[It's not like he figured he could keep this under wraps from Magnus, of all people. He sighs and clicks the video feed on, displaying his injured face where Tarn's huge fist had collided with the side of his head, the one smashed optic glass and his shattered windscreen. He does not look particularly proud of himself.]

Tarn showed up in the medbay trying to get at Riptide again and I got in the way. We had an extremely ridiculous fight that mostly succeeded in knocking over some nonessential equipment, and he was angry enough and stupid enough to let me make a clean grab for his vocalizer. He punched me right afterwards while I still had hold of it like an idiot, and when I went down I took a good chunk of it with me. After that we were mostly just rude to each other and then he left. I think Drift and Riptide are more traumatized than I'm injured, to be honest--Riptide was still hooked up to a slab the whole time and Drift bumped into Tarn in the corridor on his way out. It was a mess.
