[The message opens on Allison trying to look Very Serious. She'd be steepling her fingers except the camera is on one of her wrists and that'd mess things up.]
So. Unlimited shopping funds. Along with having fun and treating ourselves, what I see here is an Opportunity.
Behold, your bar and café-
[The view pans over the bar on the side of the mess hall and then the café counter next door.]
Decent, yes. Serviceable. Quaint. But basically just an afterthought tacked onto the mess hall. But! Especially with the ship's growing population... What if we went big?
I'm talking getting our own room and making a snazzy new dedicated bar-and-cafe! Custom tables! Lounge chairs! Jukeboxes! Maybe a dance floor. Nachos.
[Her spiel over, Allison suddenly takes a -10 penalty to all confidence rolls.]
So, uh, what does everybody think? And like... What do you want out of a café and/or bar?

[Here, Liquid can be confident for her. How nice of him.]
Really, it's a good idea. Get enough people as it is now, and things can be a little cramped.
[He might not be a super regular visitor, but sometimes he wants some chocolatey coffee. Don't judge him.]

Haha, right? And we keep getting more every month. Or like... every other month? Or maybe last month was a fluke, or-
Anyway! There's more people arriving than disappearing usually.
I might need more staff soon, too.
Re: video
[Hell if he knows. Either way, there was definitely a pretty big influx this time around. That can't be ignored.]
Can you put out a sort of job opening notice? I'm sure some people would gladly leave their assignments to be a part of that instead.
[He knows some people aren't happy with what they get stuck with, after all.]

Does that sound okay to you?
[ She's so chipper over the idea of having a cafe. Mostly because it's a great opportunity for everyone to meet new people nd relax. ]

[Allison squints at the video for a moment. Oh no it's a tiny sweetie-pie!]
Hey, I don't think I've seen you around the All You've Got before. The current café may be small right now, but I can still get you a hot chocolate and a muffin!

Maybe I should come by sometime. It sounds like it'll be fun!

[Cargo Bay prepare for a ton of café crates.]
Like, European Vienna? Uh, no. Can't say I have.

[His German pronunciation is very precise: no one will suspect him of talking about hot dogs or dachshunds. Probably.
He continues in a reasonable tone that indicates his genuine fond feelings for that kind of place,]
It's what I want out of a cafe. Something relaxing where it's comfortable to spend a few hours. Pastry. No jukebox, no dance floor. A coffee shop doesn't need to be a nightclub.

Slushie machine is totally on the top of the list of things to get.

You'll have to educate me on a 'slushie', I do not believe I've ever had one.

Fruit on sticks is harder. Like, the dehydrated and frozen stuff is fine for snacks and smoothie, but not so great on a stick, and most fruits don't stay good for long...
...
Shit! I just got a great idea!

Allison, this isn't going to be too much for you to do by yourself, is it?
[Don't make her regret quitting, girl.]

You say that like we aren't already neighbors. But hey, I'm not going to force anyone to move!
But, uh, if you're having trouble with kids getting drinks, you might want to start issuing adult IDs or starting a Do Not Serve list or something.
