I like to think whoever assigns the jobs stick a bunch of papers in a hat and just goes with whichever one comes up

yeah! theres not really any penalty to not doing your job except getting people really annoyed with you, so its neat when people decide to do theirs

I've never really repaired anything, I just send in pictures to the tech dudes.

They handle the tough stuff.
