Text/Audio/Video; open to all members of the crew except for: Kobra Kid
[On the 17th, Captain Thán sends out a text message addressing all Moirans.]
The environment on the ship has been extremely hostile, more than what's typical for us, and that has to stop. The punishment system was put into play to discourage these kinds of actions, but there have been more after its installation.
This means that things are going to change, beginning with the treatment of other crew members.
As your captains, we don't wish to force anyone to do anything, and we'd prefer that everyone learn to live and work together to achieve our common goal, but that idle behavior we've adopted is now over. All of us are extremely displeased.
We're going to start with reworking the punishment system. This will mean the creation of new positions (arresting officers, mediation officers, etc.), and the implementation of new rules.
Please state your suggestions, thoughts, and offer yourself as candidates for the new roles.
[Messages will come from all the captains.]

I don't think you can.
But if you want to try, telling everyone where it is we're going would be a good start.
[She eyes her MID screen with scrutiny, waiting to see what his answer is.]

[The truth as Thán knows it.]

No. Don't talk to me like I'm an idiot - like we're all idiots.
What's the name of the place. If you don't know that, then how are we going to get there? Show it to us on a map. Explain why we're taking the paths we're taking.
[Not that Robin has any experience navigating anything more complicated than a rowboat, but she figures someone on the ship might be able to make heads or tails of that information. As mistrustful as the girl is, she trusts basically everyone on the ship more than she trusts the Captains (except for, perhaps, Elizabeth).]
And how do you know they can fix it? [After all, whether or not they invented the Ingresses, sometimes things are just broken beyond repair.] Are they going to want to do it for us? Is that something we're even going to be able to afford.
[She's tired of hearing fairy tales from the captains about some far-off place that's going to make everything okay. She's told that story to herself enough times, and it's never something she honestly believed.
What she wants now is information. Things she and the rest of the crew can use to get themselves home - maybe even without the Captains, if things come to that.]

That is what it's called. The first planet. The maps are in navigation and you can look at them whenever you'd like. We're taking the path we are because we have to make stops. If we didn't need supplies or breaks, we could travel faster.
[It's something the captains won't budge on. The crew need supplies and time away from the ship.]
They created this technology. How can they possibly not know how to fix it? I'm optimistic enough to believe that if anyone can, it would be them. They'll do it and we can afford it if it comes to that.
I don't think that I can convince you to trust me with words, but I will endeavor to do so in other ways.

She almost makes a comment about how sometimes things are too broken to be fixed - but no. There's no point in arguing against the existence of (what seems to be) their only hope.]
It would be nice if you could.
[That's the truth, too - which isn't to say that she think's it's possible, but it would be neat if it were.]
Good luck.
