What do you wish you had been told when you were new to the Moira?

Relatedly, what do you think it's important for people who are new to the ship to know?

Any answer you can think of is a valid one, although responses from people who have been here longer than most are especially welcome.

I haven't been in anyone else's room, just mine. Just assumed all the beds on Mero deck were egg-shaped like mine.

[Maybe other decks had different shaped bed? It would seem that way.]

I wasn't aware that other decks had different beds. I feel like I've failed, somehow.

But that's precisely the purpose of this inquiry. Not beds: things we might not know. I'd like to have some kind of timeline of events prior to my arrival, but I wouldn't want to limit the discussion to that.

What about being warned about missions down on the planets? Some pre-warning about visiting alien planets would have been nice.

More information about the planetary cultures, certainly. Have you run into any trouble on any of them so far?

Yeah. Had to fight hoards of rabid zombie prisoners down on Del Pascia last time. Tough bastards.

Any serious trouble with them? It doesn't seem as though the potential fights in places we stop are easy ones.

Depends on your definition of serious. No one lost their lives but the fight was pretty brutal. Snapped a few necks and shot some shrapnel into their skulls.

My mission was rescuing hostages taken by the zombie prisoners. Just had to kill a few to get the job done.
