Okay, soooo, are we all gonna talk about how broken the justice system on this ship is now? How it doesn't work?

Because I feel like this is a great time. What with, people taking matters into their own hands, and all that.

The last ship I was on the captains had complete judicial control. Their authority was supreme but it...it wasn't good. I think what you're saying [and there was a lot] has merit, but I don't know if I believe that authority is the only way to make something work.

Ah, my apologies. I tend to default to military logic in regards to structure and chain of command as the answer to such problems. Such wouldn't fully work for this ship no, you're right. Though bits and pieces we could possibly use and modify in certain areas though.

Mostly due to how we are...factioned you could say and do not really unify outside of specific instances.
