I don't have the authority to encourage anybody to do anything. I know that I wouldn't be alive right now if everyone around me had minded their own business when I was kidnapped at five years old. Nobody's required to stick their necks out, but I'm certainly not going to follow Aurelia's example and threaten to kill them for trying.

but hypothetically, would you still encourage to people to go, meddle and i don't know, try to save someone completely random person even if it would put others on this ship in danger ?

You're the one implying the person who did 'had a point'.

What I would encourage people to do is follow their own conscience when it comes to matters this ship comes into contact with. If your conscience tells you to sit back and take care of nobody but yourself while innocent people are being tortured or murdered, then of course, by all means. No one is forcing--or even asking--you to do otherwise. I hope you rest well.

I was on Cadacus Primary. My foster-brother died there. I know we don't always make things better, even when we're trying. I'm not here to be anyone's moral compass--I'm just the Arbitration Officer. It's up to crewmembers to decide for themselves what they think is right, without unsolicited interference one way or the other.

I'm not trying to make anyone feel anything, miss. You're the one who asked.
