[He's overdue for this, it's true. But Tony has been poking around before committing to an introduction. He doesn't rush in quite as recklessly these days thanks to his time with SHIELD. Trying to think more like a spy has paid off in that sense. He connects to the MID, sending his image using a camera that does not look attached to his arm. In fact, it seems to be showing a full body shot, with the camera somewhere across the room.]

My name is Tony Stark. For those who know me, I'm declaring this an emergency in neutral space. Everyone is an ally out here unless you prove otherwise.

For those I haven't met, I'd be happy to change that. Since we're all working together on this problem it doesn't hurt to make more friends. I'm sure everyone has the same goal right now and the more we work together, the faster it will go.

That said, if there's anything I can do for you, let me know. I'm guessing some of us might have arrived a little worse off than others. Just look me up if you need a hand.

[Tony notices the look and pauses slightly before he finishes the walk across the deck to Bucky. He tilts his head slightly, silently questioning the glance even though he suspects what it was about.]

I'm not picking up on anything out of the ordinary. So far, they seem to be telling the truth about needing help. It's... empty.

[He looks around as he says that, as if there will be something on the deck that will fill in the gaps that are missing.]

Nothing wrong, as far as I can tell. No problems. And that's a problem.

[When Tony tilts his head, poses that silent question, Bucky just shrugs his shoulders slightly, a barely-there gesture that says yeah, it's probably what he thought it was.]

Alright, so getting dragged here was potentially an accident, and they do actually seem to need a crew.

Our being here period is a problem, so how are we gonna solve it? I can't just wait around here until this tin can stumbles across 'home', if it ever does.

[It's a reasonable question since they both saw the MID's roster, although Tony can't help feeling like he's being put on the spot when Bucky checks for those telltale differences.

And followed by the serious assessment of their problem, Tony is reminded that Bucky was a good choice for the mantle of Captain America. It's still with him, like a presence he hasn't shaken just because he doesn't have the uniform at the moment.]
