[ Every MID gets a nice picture sent to it. The image is a bit blurry, but it (hopefully) reads loud and clear. ]

If we don't figure out how to fix this, this is what I see
And it's not good.

can't anyone read those signs? they're there for a reason

Is this going to be one of those things where by trying to stop it from happening, we cause it to happen? We should be careful before charging in to to solve the problem.
