[There's an actual video post from Niko Bellic for once. And this is important because that angry set to his features which may otherwise be known as "resting bitch face" is even more angry at the moment.]

Alright, I don't know who was in the Cargo Bay with the cardboard tank. But I do know one of them fucking tranqed someone. Don't fucking tranquilize people in the Cargo Bay. Do it in other places where tranquilizing people is okay, which I am guessing is not many. What if a person is stepped on by robots accidentally. [He's pissed enough to start losing his English, and he's rolling those "R"s extra hard.] Is robots here! Big robot! That would hurt like shit. I could run someone over with loader or squish them with box.

And as a notice of emergency, I might need one of Bruce Banner's very gentle and kind friends to come down here and help me with a slight problem. Very gentle. Very kindly. Please. Maybe bring him some tea and headache things.

Yeah, a few people are offering to help but I don't know who or why they do this. He's just minding his own business.

I don't mind people fucking around down here. Most people stay out of the way and it's a big open area. But I also like it to be a pretty safe space in case someone needs to get away from something bothering them.

That means not tranquilizing people.

They probably came in with it? I have all my guns. And it is probably right that we have cameras.

It's not a very dangerous area, this is the first time something has happened here. We'll figure it out. With this guy, we can't afford to get too angry.

I'm pissed, but I'm not going to ask for stationed troops in the cargo bay. Think I am going to ask for a sign to show more caution.

Ahhhh.... Well. You see. Bruce is not a bad guy, no. But he has a little bit of a problem. And that is if you piss him off he turns into a big green guy that can break buildings.

He is in pretty good control of himself, but, you know... if someone shot me- I'm just guessing maybe in this case reacting with outrage is not the best plan.
