So, because I mention it in another conversation, I am going to say this here where all new people can hear it, and it does not need to be said a bunch of times.

You will sometimes see people with faces like people you know, but they aren't them. You will see people with names and histories of people you know, but look a little different. You will see two different versions of the same person, that looks exactly the same, but with slightly different pasts. Sometimes someone will go away, and when you see them again? They won't remember you.

This is called 'alternate universes'. Most of the time. Maybe sometimes it's a pretty bad prank. That would be shitty of someone to do but it could be. Usually though? It is that you get two versions of two very alike things.

So don't get too confused if someone shows up and doesn't remember you, or someone remembers one of your friends, or someone is looking for a different but much alike person with same name. It just happens. It is pretty shitty that this becomes normal but ah... whatever. Someone good at science can explain how it's possible.

A teammate. Another teammate. My former roommate. And my current roommate.

Okay. That's messed up. I mean I've seen duplicates of people before, but that was when I was inside my friends head, and the duplicates were all different facets of her personality? That kind of junk's not supposed to happen in real life!

It is as if they were a little different each time. So it gets easier as to see them for different people. [He does his best at English. He really does.]

But it's sort of like you hear a bunch of rumors about how someone is before you meet them. And then you do, and maybe not all is true but some is. Like that.

For a guy that is very into America each time I have gotten along with them okay.

I wonder if that means there are versions that are like, really different from one another.

Like, are we gonna have to start dealing with evil twins and junk? I don't think I can deal with that, I already fought a mirror version of myself once and it sucked.

If you have to, you'll already know all the weak points. You have that going for you.

See, that's what I thought? But then I literally had to fight myself once and I couldn't do it. My friends and I ended up having to pull a switcheroo and fight one another's evil selves instead.

You could do that here, too. I mean, I would have no problem in taking myself out. But I would also trust other people to do what was needed as well.

...Dude, that's so hard core it's kind of scary. Lets just hope that the whole evil-slash-shadow-slash-mirror twin situation never happens and leave it at that.
