I'm not a great source of advice on healthy sleeping habits, I tend to stay up 'til I run completely out of fuel. My mom tried to put me on melatonin as a kid, doubt there's a huge abundance of that in space though.

Sweet. I'm treating my pocket full of hubba bubba like gold rn too, if that's ever something you're up for trading for. I'm undecided on what to do with the pocket fulls of Hostess. My heart says eat but my brain says Christ, Peter, ration it.

I haven't seen any, but I'll add it to the list of things to trade for coffee. Although without all the caffeine maybe you'll do better with sleeping.
