Military. Space marine, to be exact.

[ Though, okay, he said they're fighting a war so that's... less cool. She will now cool (heh) her jets about it so she doesn't go back towards that sad topic of war. ]

I used to work for a peacekeeping organization, but a lot of it was made up of soldiers. It was pretty amazing what they could do, and how they had all these unique talents they could use to keep people safe.

That sounds exactly like what my team was like, too. Unique, talented in different ways, and determined to do the right thing.

It's nice to see those similarities between worlds, isn't it? I think people all over are more alike than they are different.
You just have to talk to them and see.
