If you're still looking, I can give you the information for the people who helped me with my house. They mostly work in Region 3, but they might travel, or at least be able to tell you who does good work in other regions.

The first woman doesn't have a lot of patience, but she also works very quickly and precisely. And the second guy was willing to be very flexible and work around how my house was non-standard and unfinished -- I needed to work around him and he needed to work around me, but we were able to do that. I'd work with either of them again.
