[Deep breaths. This is fine. This is all going to be fine. They can do this.]
[But if he broadens the search pool, the better the chances of this working out. As much as he hates to think about what he'd learned, as much as he wants to pretend it's all okay...]
[His voice is steady as ever, over the TAB. Despite the late hour.]
I'm looking for someone good with data extraction and compilation. Especially someone who can do that for alien or unfamiliar tech.
Maybe even translating unknown languages. I can't say for sure.
I'll take any help you can offer.

[Angel wouldn't force her presence on anyone, but she certainly hoped that Shiro would bring her back at one point. They had gone from silly to serious in just a matter of a few weeks, without any time to really sit and chat.]
[He seemed a pleasant enough man. She wanted to get to know him better, and under far better circumstances.]
That's true. In that case, I accept your gratitude.

[There are a lot of people here with a lot more annoying habits than Angel. And she'd cheer up the two more tech-minded people on their team. No reason to say no to her coming around again.]
[Not from where he stands.]
Well. Thanks for accepting it, then.

[Angel hadn't intended for it to sound like she was saying goodbye, but the more she thought about it, the wearier her body felt. If she wanted to get home before exhaustion took her, she would need to head out soon.]
[And it looked like Shiro had enough to deal with in the meantime.]
I suspect my friends will be expecting me home soon. Do you mind if I take my leave?
no subject
[He means that, too. Even if she intends to leave.]
[He stands up, when she asks, nodding to her. Sure, he doesn't mind -- why would he? And even if he did, it's not like he could make her stick around. Right?]
Yeah, no problem. Can you get back all right on your own?
no subject
I believe so. If I get too disoriented, I can have my friend meet me at the EN-Line station. It should not be a problem though. [She moved toward the entryway, then turned back to give him a serious look.]
Please tell me if you ever need anymore help. I would be most grateful to lend a hand.

[When she says the 'disoriented' part, he's concerned. More than anything. His situation is wildly different, and it's unlikely to happen on a tram, but still. Disorientation flares up at the worst times, in his experience.]
But yeah, I will. Don't worry about that.

[Angel had navigated these streets in a far worse state before. She could make it, of that she had no doubt. And if anything happened, Krieg was just a message or two away. She wouldn't put Shiro out any longer.]
[She crossed the remaining distance, waving as she did.]
I will message you once I'm home, my friend.

[He won't press. If she's sure, then she's probably got this covered. He's got to trust her.]
[And... pour over the data until Pidge woke up. Try not to obsess too hard.]
