Nothing's been able to damage it. It can heat up to metal-damaging temperatures... but operates like a normal limb, otherwise.

I am only recounting from experience. I recall the amputation of my own arm clearly, and the process of implanting a new one. Perhaps you have forgotten more disturbing memories.
