[The scene is chaos on the streets of C-Primary: Native officials and civilians alike run as the Hulk lashes out (at a safe distance from the viewpoint), buildings starting to crack and sway around them.

[As for the person who's broadcasting this? Only a voiceover:] Captains! Is this the kind of dangerous alien you allow onto the Moira's crew? He was coming back to the ship with me and then he turned - into that thing!

[At the sound of shattering glass, the camera jolts abruptly upwards to falling shards. They glow blue and disintegrate into harmless dust before the camera swings back down to the Hulk.]

I'm at [both coordinates and a street address] if anyone can get down here with more firepower, and we're going to need to get civilians out of here! [Is that a faint note of glee at the thought? Nah, can't be. Soon enough she's muttering anyway:] As if we didn't leave a bad enough impression already.

This is Commander Shepard, signing off!

[She'll be too busy to answer.]

[He knew another Commander Shepard on a ship far away, and normally he'd just write off the similarity in name because people do share last names. But the fact she has the same voice is really strange. And that she apparently hates aliens.]

Someone needs to stop him from going crazy. I will find a vehicle and try to get people out of damage zones.
