Hello, I'm Niko Bellic. And I'm in charge of the Cargo Bay...

Except, I do not think I want to be. I have been working there for eleven months. [Back when he wanted to avoid fighting, when he wanted to attempt his route of being peaceful and avoid conflict, it had been helpful. Even more so when he wanted to avoid his initial job in the then-existent bar; yes, he sometimes drinks, but he couldn't tolerate the constant presence of habitual drunkards. Alcoholism never left good impressions with him. Being given the Cargo Bay position had been great. He had quiet time, could drive loaders, could do mindless work. But now? Not so much...] If I go, though, there will be very few other workers to handle everything. [And he's not such a prick that he'd leave them to suffer the work alone.] Would anyone be willing to go in there? Because I would like to do something else now.

Also after this whole ship rearranging thing, it has been a lot of work, I have done a lot of moving, and I would kind of like to play some darts or something. [This grumpy Serb just sounds tired as hell today.] Luckily a game that doesn't require any power to play.

[Niko will be waiting in there, two sets of crystal looking darts in his hands (they came from the actual Cadacus Primary) and an astoundingly domestic dart board on the wall.]

[taking this to be niko, lúcio beams at him and waves.]

Hey, my man! How're you feeling now? More relaxed in here. Like the glasses.

Just tired. I'm tougher than I used to be but a full day in the Cargo Bay can wear someone out.

[He holds out half the darts towards Lucio.]

It was good of them to give me the job. I didn't want to work in the bar in the beginning. But now, I don't feel like I keep up too good.

[lúcio takes them, turning them over in his hands.]

You getting old, huh? Cargo bay sounds like it might be tough. I've been down there, pretty huge. You're in charge of the whole thing, or something?

I'm getting cranky at least.

I don't know. Is a lot of work and I feel like I am the only guy doing any of it.

[Little does he know that only three people, himself and someone else and someone who is largely absentee, are likely to be left as workers very soon.]

What's up with the other guys? They just not showing up?

[lúcio may have an anti-authority streak, but he does realise that in this situation, people do need to chip in.]

I can take a few days off if you have a backlog, man. I don't mind helping.

Help is always good. I like having people to talk to in there, anyway. Megatron and Snake were pretty great.

[He says in the tone of a guy that feels like a kid left behind when his friends changed schools. Sure he gets to see them, but it's not the same as having the giant robot and the wierdo soldier.]

I guess most of the people on the ship are pretty interesting, but that's what makes me boring. And nobody has ever talked to me on radio or camera for any good reason so I wouldn't even know what to do.

[Because he's so profoundly cynical. Also he broke a cameraman's camera once. Threw it right down and smashed it.]

There's only really one way to find out, my dude. You should come and do some news reading or music announcements. Start off small.

[he throws the dart, though misses the board because he's not paying attention. also, no holograms. what is this, the stone age?]

I'd rather see if you can get some of the guys that never seem to have so much to say to say a word or two. I run my mouth on political bullshit all the time. But them?

[He goes to get the dart and returns it.]

[niko pls. lúcio takes the dart, then tilts his head towards niko.]

[He raises his hands in a shrug.]

Were you going to do different hours of different music? Some of the stations back home did that.

[lúcio bobs his head in a nod.]

That's why I asked people to tell me what they want, man. I want to play a little for everyone while I'm still mixing my own stuff.

What plan do you got so far?

[He finally make his go at the darts, very specifically two double scores he can round out a number with. Easy to subtract. Which might be playing the wrong way but he'd rather make easy math than deal with complicated scores.]
