While the lessor intelligent members of my species are off being idiots, I've noticed there's been an influx of our kind. Normally, this would not be an issue -- other than the majority being morons, but I've also noticed out energy supply is dwindling.

[He only noticed because he was totally going to hoard energon for himself.]

And large portion of the supply was apparently destroyed. If the ship weren't in its current state of low power I could probably right something up. With the right resources I could still do so, but I have no power sources to convert energy from. And nothing to store it in.

-- Unless Soundwave can pop energon cubes out of his chest.

Anyway. I'm open to suggestions. I mean the organics of the ship could be turned into a giant battery, but I know I know. Ethics and all that.

What type of resources are needed?

Technically if I make a converter any sort of power source would do. The little yellow Autobot spoke about another type that'd use other resources, but I still have to get with Ratchet about that one.

But I also haven't been here very long so my knowledge of this ship and the capabilities of your energy converter are critically insufficient!

Assuming the ship has engines that are constantly running and producing heat, maybe you could build a waste heat recovery system to convert the thermal waste into a more useful form of energy.
