Some of the lights on Mero stopped workin'. Like workin' at all. Not just the dyin' candle fire nonsense everywhere else has goin' on.
[She snorts, shuffles around and falls quiet a moment. When she speaks again, she sounds embarrassed.]
I gotta fix it. Think it's kinda my job. But I don't really know, um. How. [Another snort and she's tries to cover the embarrassment with an air of feigned annoyance.] So if somebody doesn't get their ass up here to help me, ya'll just gotta live in the dark.

After a moment of prayer to whatever awful deity there was out there, he makes himself turn his video feed on. ]
I'll be up in a moment, don't worry, just stay put okay?
voice;
I wasn't gonna leave. 'm not scared of the dark or nothin'. [Okay, maybe a little.] Do ya know anything about this kind of electric stuff?
Video -> Action
[ He gives what he hopes is a comforting smile before shutting off the feeding and heading over. Fortunately, he'd been heading towards his room on the deck anyways and it only takes about a minute to reach Mero deck.
She'll see the glow of his flashlight down the hall before his voice calls out. ]

[He doesn't see how it could be. Electrical magic is difficult to handle, after all, and he's pretty sure she's a normal type human.]

[ It does sound like an overloaded charge, but he doubts a ship this advanced would have the kind of faulty wiring that'll allow for that. ] Do the walls feel warm to you? Near where the lights went out?

[A pause. There's a bit of embarrassment to her voice.]
Um. I'll head over now.
[And, as she said - she starts getting ready to leave almost immediately. It takes her a few minutes longer than one would usually expect it to take to get to the Mero deck, but that's to be expected given her recent injury.
When she does show up, she's using a cane for balance.]
Hey Sine.

[She's...pretty young to be working on something so dangerous isn't she?]
I don't live on that deck so it doesn't impact me, but if you need a helping hand without the technical know-how, I am happy to offer!

[She's drawing a blank. She really knows nothing about the subject. even with the months under her belt of this being her 'job'.]
What would ya want in return? If I asked ya to help.

If you want, I could give you a copy of my list. Though I can't really offer much help in regards to fixing them.
