Hellooooo Moira! This is DJ Lúcio comin' at you live from the Moira's all new radio station based in the Hub! The lovely Mettaton helped me get set with everything and now I'm bringing to you the radio station for the crew, by the crew. Name pending.

[lúcio's speech is punctuated with a few dramatic flourishes. he's ridiculously excited, and it shows.]

Now, what I wanna hear is what you want! I can give you the music, the call outs and the news, but you guys gotta let me know when you wanna come and star to impart some wisdom unto the ship.

I'm not askin' you to do my job for me, but this wouldn't very well be a good radio if it was all from my point of view, would it? [even if he does think he has Good Opinions, lúcio is all about encouraging people to express themselves.] Anyone who wants to contribue anything, temporarily or permanently, give me a call on the MID. I'm taking music requests for the rest of the day, starting off with something that'll make you feel better!

[a pause. the person in the video isn't familiar, but maybe he knows lúcio from his tour? this could be awkward.]

Um. Have we met? I feel like we've met.

[is he related to hanzo??? best not to ask.]

Ah! No problem, man! How you holdin' up?

I am still... freaking out a little. I admit, this is very strange, but a little amazing too!

How are you? I am excited to hear that you will have a radio station! I always listen to your music when I am training.

It... would not be too rude of me to ask for an autograph would it?

We're on the same wavelength then. [GET IT it's a pun] I'm alright, man. Little disorientated but I think we all are. Just tryin' to focus on doing something right.

I'm glad it helps you feel better, that's my main goal. [he grins.] I don't mind at all.

Oh! That is great! So great! I cannot wait to meet you!

My apologies! I am shouting, aren't I?

[lúcio just laughs a little. this guy is adorable??]

A little! Tell you what, I'll skate on down to the observation deck and we can chat there with a nice backdrop? Sound good?

Yes! Yes that would be wonderful!

[AND SO: lúcio does. he keeps up the chatter while he skates down, trying to resist the temptation to hop up on all the straight walls and ride his way down. eventually, he decides to kick up on one of the tables in the observation deck, figuring he's a pretty easy guy to spot when you're looking.]

[ Genji arrives moments later and spots Lucio immediately. The cyborg strides up to him and tosses up his usual two-finger salute of a greeting with a little bow. ]

Lucio! Hello!

Hey, my man! You're even shinier in person!

[he scoots over on the couch, patting it.]

[ Genji tries to not look too eager as he sits down and completely fails. ]

Thank you! I try!

[ Uhg. Did he just admit to trying to be shiny? Stupid. ]

[...would it be weird to ask if he has to polish himself...]

Good to-- good to know!

[he looks back out the window, into space.]

Beautiful, isn't it? I was so preoccupied with what was going on down on Earth I never thought about the stars.

[ A little, but yeah, he does. ]

It is! I often look to the stars, but never like this. It is so huge and vast, I could not ever have imagined this feeling.

It is humbling and spectacular all at once.
