It's not good, but my hair is the only glass on me so I suppose I should count myself as lucky. Sleeping on it is a real treat, though.

Doesn't seem like it's the same for everyone. For me it was just like being unconscious, others go back home, sort of. My boyfriend went into cryo for three days and came out with a year's worth of memories.
