Unfortunately, I only now how to do it for us carapaced and scaly folks. I'd need something to practice on with similar texture to human skin and then... maybe?

They had some synthetic skin for learning on. Apparently the main thing you have to be worried about is injecting too deeply, because it will cause the lines to look blurry.
