004 - Video - at the same time as the Autobot pileup
[The feed begins with a good view of a floor covered in books and an overturned bookshelf. Gunfire can clearly be heard in the background, as well as voices that can't quite be made out coming from the other side of a wall.
And then, much louder, an enormous crash. The sound of metal hitting metal hard can be heard, preceded and followed by the same voices loudly yell at each other.
A quick adjustment later and the camera is pointing at Robin's face now, the expression she's wearing is extremely concerned, to say the absolute least.]
WHAT'S HAPPENING?! ARE WE UNDER ATTACK?
[That's literally the only thing she can imagine as the cause of this racket at the moment - and it isn't as though the Moira's crew hasn't made it's share of enemies in it's travels. And that's just the crew - who knows who the Captains, or the ship's previous crew, have pissed off in their time?]
If anyone gets this this, let me know what's happening! I'm stuck in my office right now - we never talked about battle stations before, I don't know what to do!
[The Moira might not be Robin's favorite place in the multiverse, but it is the ship she's currently residing on - she doesn't want it to be destroyed. Or, if it's going to be destroyed, she'd at least like to know far enough ahead of time to grab the people important to her and bail on the Tourist.
She's interrupted again by the sound of a large metal hull scraping against the floor.]
Allison! Sine! Doc Yewll! Chara! If you can, try to meet me in the hangar! Maybe we can get out!
[Of course, the ship isn't actually under attack, but Robin doesn't know that. She's just unfortunate enough to have this mess happening like 40 feet from the door to her office.]

Voice
[She wants to argue. She wants to get off this ship but it's still loud enough out there that this is probably a good idea.]
I'll wait for things to quiet down first. [She isn't going to promise to wait for help that might never come (as far as she knows), though.]
Are you okay?
Voice
I'm fine. There's nothing happening here. I'm going to see if I can get to you, okay?
Re: Voice
Does it look like the rest of the ship's okay? Maybe if I just get to another deck...
Voice
But everywhere else seems quite. Don't worry, I can be sneaky and safe.
no subject
I gotta get to Med Bay, though. Just hold on I'll be back with you.
I leave for five minutes and-
[And she's turned off her MID. She'll respond when she gets there.]
no subject
Be safe.

[Look at this child showing concern for you, Meh.]
...and I'm not gonna start calling you Auntie.
[The ship might be (seemingly) under attack, but priorities.]

Voice
Voice
We don't have a standard operating procedure!
Voice
Not even specific ship alarms, announcements from the captains, a call to quarters or to stations when the ship is under attack from external threat?
Voice
[What do you want from her, the outside of her office just turned into a warzone and she's trying to figure out what's going on.
On the other ships she's been on - pirate ships - people just grabbed a weapon and heeded the captain's orders when under attack, but those were ships were all small enough that the captain could order people individually.]
Voice
[ Quickly reminding himself it's not his problem, Adrien considered signing off but it was difficult to completely ignore the distress in her voice. ]
External attacks usually result in a captains' message of some sort or another. [ The another might be 'kiss your ass goodbye' but no need to go into that right now. ]
Just keep your door sealed, in case the hull is breached. You have friends coming to help you?
no subject
[What in the world is going on over there?]
Stay in your office, I'll come to find you. Everything's going to be just fine.
no subject
[Yes it's Robin and she would also like to know what the hell is going on.]
Don't say things like that - I don't want you putting yourself in danger because of me!
no subject
[She's not sure what's going on, so she's hurrying her way along.]
Just tell me where your office is at, and I'll be there in a mo'.
no subject
[Don't argue with her, Clara, she's a prodigy. She knows words good.]
I-It's on the Nomo deck - but there's something going on outside! You can't come up here!
no subject
[There's an edge to her voice that says not to argue any further. She's protective, and Robin is considered someone that ought to be protected. So she's in mama bear mode, ready to act.]
Find a safe place as far away from the noise as possible. Get down, and don't move. No arguing.
[Yep. That's her nanny voice, and she's not afraid to keep using it.]
no subject
[She's completely undeterred by the nanny voice - probably a symptom of never having any nanny or mother figure to properly scold her when she was younger.]
If you want me to stay where I am, then you stay where you are too! I'm not going to just sit here while you risk your life for me.
video
We're not-- we're not under attack. Though I'm not saying staying in your room is a bad idea. Maybe definitely do that.
video
Wha-Why? What the hell is going on?!
Re: video
...
60%! Just stay in your room.
video
[Also she's pretty damn sure they aren't... whatever that loud crash was-proof.]
Why won't anybody tell me what's going on?!
Re: video
Don't fit in the halls well.
video
She can't - or won't - begrudge the cybertronians for their size. Her friend Saul had been a Giant, after all. But Saul had been kind and gentle with her, careful not to unintentionally harm her as they interacted. These guys... clearly aren't. ]
...what's wrong with you people?! You're going to hurt someone - even if you couldn't accidentally squish people, you can't just shoot up the halls like that!
Re: video
I know. It's dangerous for everyone and exceptionally stupid.

[Thán wasn't pleased with them, but he wanted to make sure that she was okay before doing anything else.]
text;
[At the very least, the gunfire stopped a while ago, although she can still hear the large metal bodies struggling against one another outside.]
text;
The ship isn't in danger. They are being reckless and immature.
text;
What?
[WHAT]
I guess that's who's voices I hear. Are they okay? It sounded like something huge crashed into something else.
text;
Do you need someone to come meet you?
text;
No. I'm alright.
text;
Would it be alright if I came and kept you company anyways?
no subject
[Sounds like wind and a shaking microphone on Chara's end. They're on their way to the hanger.]
no subject
[There's some loud sounds of metal-on-metal as the cybertronians outside continue to wrestle. Thankfully the gunfire's stopped by this point, at least.]
I'm not sure if I can get out safely yet - get on the Tourist. Don't leave without me unless you have to!
no subject
['I'm on my way' is what they want to say, but the words clog up their throat, and they can't manage. They remember what happened the last time they got captured by attacking forces, and even if they didn't, who's to say that a small human kid's going to survive getting in the middle of all that chaos?]
[No one does. That doesn't mean Chara can let that stop them.]
... I'm going to look and see what's going on. I'll call you in a minute when I know anything more.
no subject
[It's not the fear or the hesitation that Robin can hear in Chara's voice that makes her want to stop her friend - although she does hear that too. But Robin's had enough people dying for her sake, she doesn't want to add Chara to the list. Especially not now that she knows about Chara's fate in their own world.]
I can- I can wait a minute, I'll get out on my own, okay?
no subject
I'm just going to look, and I'll call you when I get there.
[Come on, Robin, how bad at sneaking do you think they are? Have faith that this rash child will keep a low profile when there's active violence and chaos going on! What else would they do?]
