There's a brief inhale before the voice belonging to the face (a teenage girl, no more no less) starts in with her statement.]

See, I've been assigned to stealth operative duty. I haven't done anything like that in my life up until now, so if someone - anyone - could train me in...anything that's got anything to do with this? I'd appreciate it.

Instead of pointing out yet another mistake, though, he decides to give her a straight-forward answer. ]

It's a little more involved than that. Yes, you should be aware of what's going on around you, but you also need to learn how to move through areas without being noticed.

[ It's not something that can be taught in a short period of time, but they'll have to start somewhere. If nothing else, she seems interested and dedicated. Snake will have to see if that lasts. ]

Snake's statement makes her think, though. Moving without being noticed...didn't she manage to do exactly that a day or so before arriving on the Moira?

Was that why she was a stealth operative?]

[ Snake used to work in the cargo bay and managed to accumulate a whole collection of boxes, so don't worry, there will be plenty to practice with.

If she's eager to learn, then Snake will do his best to train her. He can't say that he's a good mentor figure, that he could ever be to someone else what Fox and Miller were to him, but he'll try. ]

Sure. There are some training rooms here we can use and I can run you through a few simulations to give you an idea of what it'll really be like.

[ Snake is no fan of VR, but it's all they have to work with here, so he'll swallow that bitter pill. ]
