Video

[Settling on her bed, Daisy sat cross legged on her bed before hitting the video function on her MID.]

Okay-

[Daisy looked to make sure she was live before continuing.]

I'm Daisy Johnson, freshly kidnapped from Earth.

[And clearly not at all bitter about it. Not at all.]

I came across someone today, who, back home basically destroyed New York City. He goes by the name Loki. I don't actually have a picture of him, which, would be really helpful right now...

It doesn't matter, you just need to know that he is extremely dangerous. He's killed a lot of people and he has powers to aid in tricking you. You may think you're safe around him, but you're not. Maybe some people would be afraid to call him out. I'm not. If you ever come across him, contact me.

I don't have one of those just yet. Working on it.

I'm worried for the other Loki. The one she wasn't talking about. This could potentially cause him more trouble than he needs.

Frankly I think she's made herself look worse than either of them.

But I understand your concern-- rest assured that at least one Loki has existed fairly quietly on the Moira for some months, I doubt any of the veteran crew will make the mistake. Hopefully they'll educate the rest.

And I suppose we have to hope that this other Loki and Ms. Johnson don't run afoul of one another.

I think so, too. I mean, I get her fear. If someone from my past showed up that caused me as much trouble as her Loki seemed to have? I'd promptly cry in a corner for a few hours and then notify friends and family.

[ She'd be crying because she set someone on fire. As often as she's had to do it to survive, it never gets any easier to bear. Not that Elizabeth knows this. Charlie doesn't know her enough to say a thing. ]

But I think fear makes people amazingly irrational and stubborn and incapable of seeking out alternative solutions until it's too late. That's been my experience.

It's been mine as well.

[Says the woman stuffed into a tower because everyone was afraid of what she could do.]

I don't know that she's afraid. I think she's looking to solve a problem-- one that doesn't exist yet. You try to fix something that's not broken, you run the risk of breaking it.

I have my share of unsavory types in my background, but I'll tell you one thing, if one of them showed up, they would be stupid to start something here. They didn't cause me trouble by being stupid.
