[Settling on her bed, Daisy sat cross legged on her bed before hitting the video function on her MID.]

I'm Daisy Johnson, freshly kidnapped from Earth.

I came across someone today, who, back home basically destroyed New York City. He goes by the name Loki. I don't actually have a picture of him, which, would be really helpful right now...

It doesn't matter, you just need to know that he is extremely dangerous. He's killed a lot of people and he has powers to aid in tricking you. You may think you're safe around him, but you're not. Maybe some people would be afraid to call him out. I'm not. If you ever come across him, contact me.

Five seconds to look at the inventory, and you couldn't even take that before setting off on a frankly ill-advised crusade. Were I the kind of Loki you seem to be accusing him of, I'd be finding ways to turn this on you. Twist it, until you look even more unreasonable than you already are. As it is, you've made yourself look less than credible, even without anyone's help.

[He rolls his eyes, for a moment entirely a very exasperated teenager.]

Besides, you're warning people of all the wrong things. It's not the big flashy destruction you want them to watch for. It's the small unexpected hidden things. He'll be in hiding, now, if he's truly the Loki you paint- but it won't stop him from being dangerous. You've just made sure he's on his guard, that's all.

You know. And until you yelled his name through the halls, he would have been... over-confident. Prone to making mistakes. He'd have given himself away, in time, to everyone else, too. Now? Now he'll creep and he'll skulk and he'll insinuate himself into everything carefully, to prove you wrong.

[He steeples his hands under his chin. If she won't understand that she's most likely made the mess worse, it's not Loki's problem.]

But carry on being all righteous about what you've done here. I'm sure it will be a comfort, when it all goes wrong.

[Daisy knew all of this, of course. It didn't matter, she wasn't worried about what he would do to her. She worried more about the safety of others.]
