I have never met Red She-Hulk and have only recently heard of her existence, so I have little to say except that I know of her. I am unwilling to vouch for any further details.

The experience I had with him was positive, despite the actual disaster of the situation. He seems very much in control, despite his resemblance to our universe's Dr. Banner in terms of size and strength. I don't know to what extent he can influence the change between alter-egos, or what triggers him, because I have never seen him when he is not a Hulk.
My understanding of Jennifer's condition is that she has total control over and deliberately chooses to be She-Hulk the majority of her time. I'm struggling to recall an incident in which she wasn't green when we met. She's been a valued member of the Avengers for years and a good friend of my dearest friends. I think she is capable of fully "Hulking out" but it isn't something that I have seen triggered in the sense that Jennifer lost control herself.
