[Late in the afternoon, Papyrus once again appears on the network. He seems far more cheerful than the last time he did this, even if he's here with a similar message.]

Hello, friends! It is I, Papyrus, and once again I have a favor to ask of you! Has anyone seen my brother, Sans? He's a skeleton like myself, only shorter and not as handsome or impeccably dressed!

[He tilts his MID down at himself to make his point -- he's wearing his uniform, and it looks like he wrote BONE FRIEND on the chest in puff paint.]

Of course I'm not worried or anything, but if someone could tell me where he is, you'll have my gratitude! Which is the best reward! And perhaps I'll cook you a special batch of my famous spaghetti as extra thanks!

Not really, usually he and I take a nap during the afternoons. I assumed he was with you or a friend. [Toriel shouldn't be surprised Papyrus noticed, but having him point it out makes her smile a little.]

Do you want me to check the gardens? He could have gotten stuck in a bush or branch.

[Papyrus sighs the sigh of the longsuffering. Brothers.

He loves Sans, though.]

Yes, I'd appreciate that! Knowing him he just pretended to be stuck so he could sleep.

[Toriel chuckles gently at the sigh.] I will keep you informed of what I find. Asriel probably knows each nook and cranny in the garden, so I can ask him as well.

Maybe a knock knock joke will draw him out? [She taps her chin thoughtfully at that.]

[But it is an idea. For if he does get that desperate. Sans would only ignore Papyrus telling a bad joke in dire circumstances.]
