I guess we've all gotten pretty used to taking matters into our own hands here. And why not? Even if you kill someone, all they're going to do is slap you on the wrist, right? So fine, indescriminate murder is obviously going to be a thing here. Fucking go for it. Life's cheap here.

But I'm not here to talk about that. I'm here to talk about what just happened to Rinzler. People obviously think it's up for debate whether he's sentient or has rights of his own. That's what I saw at his trial. People bringing up the idea of recoding him to solve the problem of the way he acts or the way he thinks. Lucky him for having his creator here, right? We can just reprogram him and make everything better.

Let me tell you something: that's bullshit. You might not like him, you might even think he's dangerous, but he's his own, not yours. And Alan Bradley had no fucking right to go messing around in his coding. Do you hear me, Alan Bradley? You have me to answer to for what you've done.

What's reprogramming? Is Rinzler okay? It sounded like he was hurt real bad.

Rinzler is a computer program. He's made of code, like writing in a book. A book that came to life. Alan took him to rewrite him.

He's pretty freaked out right now. Whether there's been any damage from this, we're not sure.

[It's a little hard for Asriel to understand, but a book that comes to life... and the people who attacked Rinzler took him away to just "rewrite" that book.

But he... he was already punished! And he was hurt before too! And now they're just gonna - they're gonna just change him even if he doesn't want it? They're not even giving him a chance to get better if they're just gonna keep hurting him over and over!

I think you've got a lot better grasp of the situation than a lot of the people here. Yeah, they hurt him when they took him. That's what Frisk saw earlier.

Is there anything I can do? Rinzler did a lot of bad things, but... he's my friend. I want to help in any way I can.

Just support him if there's more fallout coming. Which there probably is. There are still people against him in this.
