Howdy, everyone. I got some new things in the mail... some books about pants and a cinnamon-butterscotch pie.

[The books were a little weird, but the pie was even weirder. He thinks maybe Toriel snuck it in with his mail delivery as an extra treat. If not though... well, maybe the captains here knew what his tastes were like and decided to be nice to him. It was a nice gesture, in any case.]

I wouldn't mind sharing some - um, the pie I mean. Would anyone like a slice?

Ah, no. I would have just called you. Besides, I've been planning on asking you and Frisk to help me bake one in the near future. [She nods at Asriel's words.] I suppose so! I hope it it tastes as nice as it looks!

Maybe it was one of the captains then. [He's not sure it'll be as good but, pie is pie? He perks up at the idea of baking with mom and his sibling.] Yeah, that sounds really fun! I wanna help out!

Tell me how it tastes, dear. I must admit I'm curious. [She chuckles softly at the excitement from the young boy.] When we get enough supplies, I'll call you and Frisk to help with the pie. It always is much more fun with extra helping hands.

I will! [Probably not gonna be as good as Toriel's honestly, but he appreciates a nice gesture when he sees one.] Okay! We'll make it the best pie ever!

[Wow Frisk you're going to give him a heart attack one day. But Asriel gives Frisk a genuine laugh in return, before offering his own thumbs up.]

[This kid is just so easy to tease. She can barely contain her snickering. How would he react if she really teased him?

Well, there's plenty of time to find that out. When Asriel makes his way to the lounge, he'll find Kyoko sprawled out across one of the sofas on, almost seeming to make an active effort to take up as much space as possible. Thee's a stick of pocky clenched between her teeth.

Upon seeing him, a grin will stretch across her face and she'll raise her hand in a lazy wave.]

Yo. Looks like you made it in one piece.

[Because there's clearly so many dangers on the ship.]

[And one small goat child is holding up a slice of pie as he enters the lounge. He has some books tucked under his arm, it's a little impressive how he's managing to balance both without dropping something.

He perks up as he sees Kyoko sprawled out.]

Well, I had to fight a lot of scary-looking boss monsters to get here, but I did manage to bring your pie slice in one piece too.
