[Video] (Backdated: End of January)
[Hello Moira crew, did you miss him? Probably not. Hell, he doesn't even recognise half the names on the roster anymore, so most of you probably didn't even know he was here. But he's back, not so much in black, and he's getting reacquainted. He's been out of cryo for a bit, but he's been trying to make sense of everything going on until that nifty little warning he saw on the network. A+ everyone. You managed to tick some new race off without the help of a Stark. Which, he seems to be the sole Stark onboard now. That's depressing.]
Okay, can anyone fill me in on who we pissed off this time, since I've been a little out of the loop as of late? Well, actually, until semi-recently, I've been an ice cube. Cap--saw your name on the roster; welcome back buddy--next Cap-cicle joke I make, you're allowed to deck me. I think I have freezer burn, I swear. Is that even a thing I can have? Medical gives me a clean bill of health, but I think I want a second opinion.
What was I saying? Oh, right. A recap would be nice. Stark out. [He waves at the camera and cuts the feed.]

Hey, if it's my fault, then you're fashionably late. Nothing to be ashamed of. [He winks playfully. Pepp, he's missed you.]
You know, they gave my first room away. I had pretty sweet digs. Mero deck. Buuuut, it looks like we're on the same deck. I'm in room 8. I will see you shortly.
[He hopes your roomies don't mind. He'll behave, he promises.]

And yet, it's something I have to apologize for on a regular basis. [She's missed him too. For all the chaos going on around her, Pepper's life grows strangely quiet whenever he's away. Tony's presence is like nothing else, an utterly unique force in more than once sense. Even being on an entirely new world can't fill that void--and it doesn't help that the people in charge of that world tried to set her up with someone else.]
I'm a little jealous. [She's seen the Mero deck, and she'd honestly prefer it to bunk beds. Fortunately enough Pepper's on her own at the moment, although the fact that Kairi could return without warning means that promise is probably a good thing.]
Don't be late.

Did you know, when I was first dragged onboard, there were two of me? Yeah. Two Tony Starks. Okay, not me exactly. But a me from another dimension. And that me didn't have you. I'm glad I'm not that guy. [If she notices, he's walking down the halls rather briskly while talking. Yep, he just can't hang up.]
Be very jealous. It was amazing--eeeh, except the part where I had to share my room with Rogers. That was not so great. He's like living with a drill sergeant. Tony, eat something, it's twelve hours past breakfast. Tony, go to bed, you've been up for three days. Tony, I expect to see you at training this morning. You'd swear I was married to him--hang on.
[And with that, he buzzed her door, still with the MID comm open.]
Honey, I'm home.

She makes note of it all. She's heard about the two Tony Starks, made her own jokes about that (and yes, she does feel bad for the one that doesn't seem to have made the same connection as they have). When he comes to Steve she laughs, glad to know someone kept on him. She'll thank the man for it later, although Steve himself won't remember.
But what she's waiting for is that buzz, the indication that Tony has finally closed the short distance between their rooms. She's already on her feet when it comes, only a few steps from the door and Tony doesn't have to wait long at all before she opens it.]
Nice timing. [She holds back, just to tease, but there's no mistaking the delight in her eyes, the wide smile she can't restrain at seeing him there, whole and healthy, like he hasn't been scientifically frozen for far too long. Pepper's practically bouncing as she steps back to let him in.] Although you're a bit early for our date. Dinner's not for several hours yet.
